1. Set-up and explore your personal headquarters page. Click here to visit or click on the "HQ" link in the menu to access. 
2. Read the "Start Here" page. It contains detailed instructions on how to set-up your HQ and answers frequently asked questions.
3. Go right to your training plan. Click for Basic, Advanced, and Team. 
4. Check out our training calendar for courses in your area. 
5. Download our mobile app DEFEND! iOS |  Android. It's free and is the best way to stay in touch with the community.
